Join Gael Figueroa, the Academic Witch, for an introduction to the history of the witch. How did social heresy contribute to the witch-hunting craze? Rebellious women, healers, the poor or disabled, and the elderly constituted marginalized populations that challenged the order of society during the instability of the Reformation.
